WORKING SYSTEM OF THE CLUB:

➢ Dancing on stage - every 10 minutes one Dancer on stage – 2 songs, 1st song dressed, second song topless and last 15-20 seconds full nude.
➢ Dancer’s earns from dances and drinks.
➢ Full nude 10 min private dance – price for customer 1000 NOK, Dancer gets 30% what is 300 NOK.
➢ Full nude table dance 1song – price for customer 500 NOK, Dancer gets 40% what is 200 NOK.
➢ Drinks - consumation:
- „Lady drinks“ (non-alcohol) price for customer 250 NOK, Dancer gets 30% what is 75 NOK.
- Wine (prices for customers 500 NOK and up) and champagne (prices for customers 2400 NOK and up), Dancer gets 20%.
➢ No tips collecting
➢ No fixed salary.
➢ Salary payment in cash in end of contract (if Dancer wants then sums larger than be taken out from Norway by bank transfer), meanwhile advance for food and running costs, advance collected from salary.

WORKING HOURS:

➢ Work week is 6 workdays, 1 day off.
➢ 7 days open, 21:00-03:30

POTENTIAL EARNINGS:

➢ Club guarantees that Dancer who is able and willing to work will earn from drinks and dances minimum 400 NOK (approx 50 EUR) as average per workday, if due to business being low (not enough spending customers) Dancer earns less than 400 NOK as average per workday then Club pays the difference. Average is calculated with number of workdays Dancer has during her one-time contract. 2 sample calculations: Sample 1) If Dancer has contract of 6 workdays then her total earning during the contract should be not less than 6 x 400 = 2400 NOK. If on 2 days she earned 1000 NOK per day and on 4 days 0 NOK per day then she has earned 2000 NOK club pay the balance of 400NOK.

DANCE WEAR CODE:

➢ Long dress, sexy, elegant, high heels, make up and hair in proper condition.

DANCERS SELECTION CRITERIA:

➢ To have minimum 18 years old.
➢ To have a bank account where to receive the weekly commission.
-Pleasant appearance
-Minimum level of English, French or German.
-Communicative, serious minded and ambitious

CLUB RULES
➢ The club has a no tolerance policy to prostitution and illicit drugs, and the club management and agency will not be held responsible for any bad or illegal behaviour by THE ARTIST, whether it is during or outside club hours.

LENGTH OF CONTRACT:

➢ Is minimum 2 weeks.

➢ Once you have applied on our website and you have been selected, we will be able to tell you when there are available positions and we will send you the contract. Working with the agency is legal and safe and FREE.

ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES:

➢ Accommodation and lift to/from work – free, 2-3 girls in a bedroom.

TRANSPORT:

➢ Air tickets credited by Club, later collected from Dancer’s salary.
➢ Dancers are met in airport if first time.

MORE DETAILS:

➢ Oslo constitutes both a county and a municipality. Founded in the year 1040, and established as a "kaupstad" or trading place in 1048 by King Harald III, the city was elevated to a bishopric in 1070 and a capital under Haakon V around 1300. Personal unions with Denmark from 1397 to 1523 and again from 1536 to 1814 and with Sweden from 1814 to 1905 reduced its influence. After being destroyed by a fire in 1624, the city was moved closer to Akershus Fortress during the reign of King Christian IV and renamed Christiania in his honour. It was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838. Following a spelling reform, it was known as Kristiania from 1877 to 1925, at which time its original Norwegian name was restored.
