WORKING SYSTEM OF THE CLUB:

➢ DAILY GUARANTEED MINIMUM TIP on stage 75€.(The club guarantees 75€ per day fix - ex. On stage the girl gets 20€ tips all night and the club puts 55€ to make 75€, but if she makes more than 75€ the club doesn’t put nothing).

➢ Commission 15% on all drinks:

➢ Lapdance => 50 =>25 €

➢ Club provides 1 FREE alcoholic drink per working night per dancer. Water and soft Drinks UNLIMITED available.
➢ Club charges 15 % TAXES on FINAL TOTAL to cover : Apartment, employment contract.
➢ Dancers will be employed by the club under Belgian contract, all employment and contract costs are carried by the club.
➢ This provides for all dancers full coverage during their employment :
- Medical Insurance in Belgium during working period;
- Social Security Cost (Registered In Belgium);
- Official Payslip;
- Administrative Contract Costs;
- Vacation Money.

WORKING HOURS:

➢ Tuesday-Thursday: 23:00-05:00
➢ Friday-Saturday: 23:00-07:00
➢ Sunday: Closed
➢ Monday: Closed

POTENTIAL EARNINGS:

DANCE WEAR CODE:

➢ The ARTIST will dress and will follow instructions given by the manager of the club. Must be dressed with a sexy outfit to provide a professional atmosphere. Short, cocktail, evening, long dresses.

DANCERS SELECTION CRITERIA:

-Minimum 18 years old
-Pleasant appearance
-Minimum level of English, French or German
-Communicative, serious minded and ambitious

CLUB RULES
➢ The club has a no tolerance policy to prostitution and illicit drugs, and the club management and agency will not be held responsible for any bad or illegal behaviour by THE ARTIST, whether it is during or outside club hours.
